The age of steam engines(the first machine age)

The steam engine was the first invention which changed the way humans worked. It compeletely eliminated the limit of physical strength that restricted the growth of humanity. Before the steam engine was made prodution was decentralised and limited to the a few people working in workshops. Due to this production of goods was limited and cost was high.The introdution of mass prodution increased the prodution of goods exponentially and due to increased supply the cost also reduced drastically.This was possible only because of the steam engine. That is why we can say that, steam engine was the backbone of the first industrial revolution.

Steam engines completely changed how people lived there lives. Upto this point we came to know about the past and how it affected the present that we live in,now we are going to talk about the present and how it can affect our future.

The age of computers(the second machine age)

computers are the most significant invention of humans.This is because the developement of the human society is totally dependent on the knowledge pool that it has. In the past not many people had access to this knowledge because of this what happened was suppose we encountered a problem, say in physics only a few people knew about it and that limited the chance that the problem will get solved. But now everyone has the access to almost all the information (knowledge pool) that humans have collected and the problems that we encouter now will have multiple eyes looking it, multiple brains working on it and come up with a solution faster than ever possible before.Just like the steam engine enhanced our physical capabilities the computers are here to enhance our mental capability and usher a new age of technological and scientific boom.
